We hired Olivia as our month-of coordinator for our wedding on 9/13/25, and from the very beginning, Olivia was kind, clear, and incredibly organized. She asked questions we never would have thought to ask, covered all her bases, made herself available to our other vendors, and was poised and professional at every stage. She was also incredibly responsive- we never had to wait more than a day to hear back from her about important questions.

Leading up to the day-of she helped us navigate last-minute obstacles with ease, giving us true peace of mind that everything was being taken care of. She gave helpful advice without a personal agenda and made us feel more confident in our own choices. Olivia also advocated for us when other vendors were more disorganized or difficult to work with, and she was a dependable point person for our entire vendor team. It is clear she is incredibly knowledgeable about so many aspects of this industry and has a very diplomatic way about her.

On the day of the wedding, Olivia and her assistant Abby were incredibly supportive, regularly checked in on us, and brought such a calming presence. The entire event was magical and went seamlessly, and I’m confident that was largely because of Olivia.

I cannot recommend Afterglow Weddings and Events enough.
Olivia is truly a star and went above and beyond for our wedding day. She worked with my husband and I 3 months before the day to build an airtight timeline, which I quickly learned is easier said than done, shared us into a platform that helped everyone track progress, and was a wonderful communicator with all of our vendors.

The day of our wedding, she set up our decor and I could not believe how amazing everything looked. It was a TON of stuff and she managed so well with the help of an assistant. Any extra flowers and candles were so artfully placed. Throughout all of this time, she was kind, calm, professional and was genuinely excited for my husband and I on our big day. She also has a whole bag of goodies should anything go wrong. Spilled a bit on your dress? She’s got chalk to help cover it up!
A HUGE thank you to Olivia as well as her assistant. We had the very best time on our wedding day and so much of that can be attributed to them relieving any stress!
