Meg and Bo’s Romantic Winter Wedding
After seeing my Day in the Life of a Wedding Coordinator in Chicago video’s on Tik Tok back in August of 2023, Meg messaged me to see if I was available and for her January 2025 wedding! At the time, I was still in the early stages of my business, offering freelance coordination as a side gig. Fast forward 18 months, and I’m now running my business full-time, with Meg and Bo’s big day was finally here! Their wedding was truly a dream come true. Meg and Bo are one of the most down-to-earth, fun-loving couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and the vendor team they assembled was nothing short of amazing.
The morning started at their apartment building where they assembled a crew of the people closest to them to get ready with them for their big day.
Next they headed to Union Station for their first look! This is the perfect spot for any winter wedding here in Chicago, since we know the weather can be frigid and unpredictable.
Meg and Bo are the type of people you meet and immediately feel like you’ve known them forever. So, when they wanted to do their pre-wedding photos at their favorite local deli, I wasn’t the least bit surprised—it was so them!
As we arrived at the venue, we stopped at the iconic Morgan’s on Fulton marquee to snap a few pictures before heading inside for family photos.
Meg and Bo’s wedding was decorated with white florals, thrifted candles and touches of green throughout their stationary.
This wedding was an absolute blast, with guests dancing the night away! What an incredible way to kick off our 2025 season, celebrating with the most down-to-earth couple.
